YES! Festival delle potenzialità is a festival that was born with the aim of creating a space in which every person (regardless of ethnicity, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, social background, and any other personal characteristics) can make available their skills and tell their experiences. United in promoting the culture of true inclusion, which gives voice and means to everyone so that they can express themselves, communicate, develop their potential.
The festival aims to contribute to the elimination of prejudice and the enhancement of individual potential.
Solidarietà e Lavoro (SeL) intervened in the event to talk about its experience as a social cooperative and its mission in favor of job inclusion.
SeL on this occasion presented the project AACcessible Culture, created to make culture accessible to people with communication deficits, thanks to the AAC tools and careful training of the different subjects involved in the educational and cultural fields.
